Noted for its impeccable harmonies and dedication to preserving the historical legacy of the African-American spiritual, the Morgan State University Choir will uplift any audience with a seamless blend of classical, gospel and contemporary pop compositions. The choir has performed all over the world and has essentially become a must-have ensemble for major orchestras, including the National Symphony, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic. The choir has been featured on dozens of recordings, including "All Rise," by Wynton Marsalis and "African Portraits." Led by Eric Conway. the choir has performed at concerts as well as historical occasions such as the service for civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks.
