Welcome to Solutions on Site

Solutions on Site is a program run by Campus Technology Services to help train computer users on various applications available on campus. A student trainer will come to your office for a one-hour appointment on the topic you specify. Training is available on the ARCH, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, and many other types of software.

Solutions on Site support is for faculty and staff of Juniata College. Students who have questions about computer software should stop by the TLT in BAC C107.

If you encounter any problems while registering for an SOS session, please contact the help desk at extension 3619 or help@juniata.edu.

To make a request for a session, click "Request Help" on the left navigation bar. After you fill out and submit the form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will need to make separate reservations for each one-hour session you wish to arrange.

If you are working on an extensive project, need to arrange a workshop for a class, or have some other need for special training, please e-mail sos@juniata.edu for options regarding more in-depth training. Solutions Center staff also run training sessions for the general college community throughout the semester.
