How do I change my password?

NOTE
The minimum amount of characters a campus password can be is 7. In addition, you can't have the same password as another password you had set prior.

Using a PC on campus

  • If you want to change your password, you need to log on to a campus owned computer or a personal machine on the domain. To change the password simply press ctrl-alt-del and click on the Change Password button. Follow the instructions presented on the screen, and click OK. Your password should now be changed. When creating a new password, use capital letters, lowercase letters, and numbers to ensure that your password cannot be easily cracked or guessed.


Using Webmail

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Choose the Change Password option.

  • A pop-up-box will appear. Enter juniata.edu in the domain box and your EagleNet user ID in the account field if it didn't already. Then enter the old password in the old password box and enter the new password in the following two boxes. Click OK.

    • If you are a current student and want the Help Desk to change your password, you must come down and present ID.
    • If you are a alumni, you just need to present your student ID (optional) and your home address.
