I lost my files! What can I do?

Important: Backups are preformed at 12 midnight each night, if the file was not saved on the U or P drive at midnight it can not be recovered. CTS makes no guarantee that they will be able to recover lost files. If you have really important data CTS HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that you save critical data in two locations.

If you lose a file that was previously on your U: drive, CNS may be able to recover it. However, if the file was never copied to the P: or U: drives, then it's improbable that a recovery will be successful. To find out more information about this topic, contact the help desk at x3619. Please allow CTS three business days to recover lost files.
