My Account is locked

  • Your account can become inaccessible if you or someone else enters the wrong password more than five times in a row. Often, this can occur when a user accidentally leaves Caps Lock enabled. Be careful to not lock yourself out, as you will either have to wait 4 hours for the account to reactivate itself, or contact the Help Desk at x3619. When you account is locked you will not be able to log into the arch or webmail. Also, make sure you remember your password, and, if absolutely necessary, write it down and keep it in a secure place.
