The Controller is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Vice President for Finance and Operations. He assumes the overall responsibilities for the financial affairs of the College in the absence of the Vice President for Finance and Operations. The Controller has operational responsibility for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Grants, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Risk Management, Endowment, Perkins, Cash Management, Financing, Fixed Assets, Development Accounting, Book Store and Food Service.
