Advanced Focal Area
The Environmental Studies student must then complete 12 credits of elective courses in a FOCAL AREA or area of concentration. One such Focal Area is suggested below. The student should develop this focal area in conjunction with his/her advisor. The student is encouraged to review these areas and to work with his/her advisor to select 12 credits of additional course work that fulfills their interests in environmental studies. Again, note that 2 of the courses in the Focal Area must be at the 300 level or above.
Total credits = 51 + 12 in Focal Area = 63 credits
