Biology Secondary Emphasis
In order to claim a secondary emphasis in Biology, a
student must successfully take:
1. Biology 105, BI 106 and BI 207
2. Biology Laboratories BI 121 and BI 122
3. CH 105 and CH 106: Organic Chemistry Concepts I and II
4. Organic Chemistry Laboratory CH 121 and CH 122
5. CH 230: Bioinorganic Chemistry
6. Two 300/400 level biology courses: must be from two
different core areas; one course must have a laboratory component.
