The Raystown Conservation Education Partnership (RayCEP) is a group of agencies, schools, businesses and other organizations that have teamed together to provide educational programming for the visitors to Raystown Lake.

The goal of the partnership is to instill a conservation ethic for natural resources and environmental stewardship through interactive learning opportunities. 

The RayCEP program supports environmental education by providing internships for students to deliver programs, coordinate programs among partners and recruit speakers to present on a variety of environmental issues.
