Costs
- Groups
may use the station for a fee of $100.00 per day. On occasion,
this fee may be waived in exchange for service activities.
Food
Service - Although
most groups visiting the field station provide their own meals,
we can arrange for food service on a limited basis. The kitchen
is fully equipped for meal preparation and service.
Boat
Rental -
Field Station boats are available for education and research purposes
for a nominal fee.
Special
Programming -
The station staff can develop and deliver special curriculum or
workshop programming. Previous programs covered topics such as
Wetland Ecology, Water Quality Monitoring Techniques, Ornithology,
Acid Mine Drainage and Orienteering. Costs for such services vary
depending upon the workshop duration and service group size. |
